Chef’s Table Austin, or CTA, is Water to Thrive’s single largest annual fundraiser. Renowned Austin chefs each create a unique menu and dining experience which is bid upon in an exciting live auction. The highest bidder for each menu gets a private meal prepared by the chef for 10 or more people at a mutually agreed upon date and location.
CTA also includes a silent auction with a wide range of items from both local and well-known businesses/organizations.
All proceeds from CTA go towards Water to Thrive’s mission to provide clean water to the people of rural Africa. Because Water to Thrive offers the 100% Promise that every dollar donated toward water goes directly to those projects, Chef's Table is one way that W2T raises operational funding. In order to continue offering this promise and maintain our value of transparency, we count on the generosity of people like you to support our mission. It is our goal to create an elegant and fun event for people in the community to connect with local chefs and each other, all while contributing to a great cause.

Water to Thrive's mission is to bring safe, clean water to rural villages in east Africa. Our annual Chef's Table event is one way that we are able to keep pursuing this mission as an organization. This signature gala consists of a live auction, where well-known Austin chefs create unique menus and auction off their dinner parties to the highest bidder. Also at the event is a silent auction, raffle opportunities, food and drink, and time to mix and mingle with other Water to Thrive supporters and people from the Austin community.
